This is where it all happens - how could we accomplish anything without the
Fundraising committee? And we have so much more we'd like to do for our school.
Are you the type of person who enjoys fundraising? Do you know someone who does?
Let us know! In addition to volunteering your time and talents, there are
several very easy ways you can participate in raising money for
Maricopa Elementary School as part of your normal everyday activities.
Have you heard about the Arizona school tax credit? This tax credit
does NOT cost you any extra tax dollars. You can contribute a portion of your
tax dollars to Maricopa Elementary in lieu of paying the Arizona Department of
Revenue. Please look for more information coming home with your child in the
near future or you can

Box Tops for
Education has helped America's schools earn over $200 million since 1996.
MES can earn up to $60,000 every year through Box Tops- that's as much as
$20,000 from each of three easy ways to earn. In addition to clipping box
tops from many of your favorite products, MES can earn dollars when you shop

For more than 30 years, Campbell's

for Education™ has been awarding free educational equipment to schools in
exchange for proofs of purchase from the Campbell family of brands. It’s a fun,
easy program where students, families and members of the community work together

You can help raise money for our school just by linking your
Fry’s and
Bashas’ frequent
shopper cards to our school. Bashas’ and Fry’s will donate 1% of every dollar
that you spend to our school up to an annual limit. The money does not come out
of your pocket, it’s their contribution! Remember that participants
must re-register each year, so please sign up on your next visit, and
remember to scan your card each time you make a purchase!
How to Enroll: Come on all you Diamondbacks Families! Let's repeat!!
Last year, MES was the top Fry's Cool Cash Money Earner, and we'd like to duplicate
that fantastic result this year! To enroll, visit your
favorite Fry's location and present our school's I.D. #11102
along with your VIP card, or, print this page and
ask the cashier to scan in our school's barcode.
Donation:
Once $50,000 in purchases are recorded as a total group, Fry's
will send a reward of $500.00 to the school. This can happen up to four
times this school year from September 1 through April 26. As of Oct 17th,
MES parents and teachers have logged over $66,000 in sales! Great job!

Double Donation Nov 16th - Nov 30th! Bashas' has announced
that instead of the usual 1% donation, they will donate 2% of our supporter's shopping dollars! Be sure to enroll and participate during this time! Thanks!!

Enroll: You must enroll in person. To do so, go to
Bashas' and present our school's I.D. #28234 along with your Bashas'
Thank You card.
Donation:
Bashas' school program runs September 1 through March 31 for the 2008-09 school
year and benefits designated schools up to a new maximum donation of $5,000 annually. As of
Oct 17th, MES parents and teachers have logged over $8,300 in sales towards our
goal of $500,000. You can check to be
sure your chosen charity is linked to your card at Bashas' website.

We've discovered another terrific way to raise
funds for our school. It's super-easy, and all you have to do is use your
